Refunds & Exchange

 

Since we are based in Dubai, returns & exchange from India will be a hassle. In this regard, we feel that both the customer and the brand need to fulfil some basic requirements to ensure that the order process is a smooth and pleasant experience.

Responsibility of the Customer

  • We ask that the customer is careful about the sizing when placing the order. Please look closely at the size chart - the last picture on each product page. If you have any confusion, please reach out to us on email, WhatsApp or Instagram. Once you are sure about the sizing, only then place the order

Responsibility of the Brand

  • Our responsibility is to make sure that the product being sent to you is exactly per the measurements given in the size chart. If we fail to do so, we will be happy to send you a replacement outfit or refund your money - the choice is yours. 
  • If we deliver a defected or wrong product, we will be liable to refunding your money or sending you a new outfit

We do not have an exchange policy mainly because of the issue in getting the product back from India. If it is possible for the customer to return the product to Dubai, we will be happy to exchange the product provided that the customer pays for the shipping cost back to India.
